California Screening Solutions is not a laboratory, employer, consumer reporting agency, or legal advisor. All laboratory testing and background screening searches are performed by accredited third-party partners.
3. On-Site & Mobile Services
California Screening Solutions provides services at client-designated locations, including residences, employer facilities, job sites, care facilities, or other approved locations. By requesting mobile or on-site services, you acknowledge that services may involve in-person identity verification and document review. California Screening Solutions performs all services with professionalism, discretion, and respect for privacy.
4. Disclosure, Authorization & Consent
Certain services require written disclosure and authorization from the individual being screened or tested. Clients and applicants are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. Services will not be performed without proper authorization where required by law.
5. Background Checks & Employment Decisions
California Screening Solutions provides background screening coordination and reporting services only. California Screening Solutions does not make employment, hiring, housing, placement, or eligibility decisions. Employers and requesting parties are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including federal and California fair-chance hiring requirements and adverse action procedures.
6. DNA Testing Disclaimer
California Screening Solutions is a mobile DNA collection service only. DNA samples are processed by accredited third-party laboratories. Legal DNA testing follows documented chain-of-custody procedures. Non-legal DNA testing is for personal knowledge only and is not admissible in court. California Screening Solutions does not interpret results or provide medical or legal advice.
7. Payments, Scheduling & Cancellations
Payment is required prior to service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once services have been initiated, performed, or samples collected, fees are non-refundable. Additional fees may apply for travel, rescheduling, missed appointments, or add-on services. All pricing is disclosed prior to service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, California Screening Solutions shall not be liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of services or reports provided. California Screening Solutions total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
9. Privacy
